I have owned a 2.6 CRDE scorpio for the past 2 years Maintainence on this vehicle being almost nothing Parts are also lot cheaper compared to Innova Where it comes to interior looks and cabin space Innova is a winner But overall performance is great in a scorpio with avg of 12 with a/c This also handles the ghats with easy Two trips to Goa in my car not a car to overtake me on the ghats
If you are considering a scorpio then go in for the SLE which comes witha 2.2 M Hawk engine and less of unnecesarry electronics rather than the VLX which is packed with more electronics and more problems

Innova is better in Interiors are other comfort, but I would still say Scorpio is better. Also Innova is more of a commerical vehical. If u drive alone, u look like a driver, if loaded with family, it looks like a taxi. Whereas Scorpios is Royal Car - just like Enfield Bullet.
