Go for Fiat grand punto if you want hatch back if not then dzire is your car.

I feel Ford fusion (diesel) is a better option. It has durotorque engine and has a good milage.

I would put my money on the Ikon 1.4 duratorq...
Superbly fuel efficient,low on maintainence and easy to drive...It wont the pocket too..Just 6.1lakhs on road for a fully loaded car.

i use hyundai getz from last one year i count deasal milage is 20+ space and pic up power and interior is good camparetive with swift

George, Now a days a scheme is going on where in you can get Getz 1.5 CRDI for 4.99 showroom price. Well that is a heck of a deal, dont let it go. Getz on Diesel is a GREAT car.

If you rule out getz then for sheer road presence and peace of mind - RITZ.

Fiat stil has a long way to go, in order to be more value for money and to be called as a reliable car brand. So the game is between Getz and Ritz, your choice.

just read all the reply's for ur query, and i guess if u r looking for a hatch thn go for grand punto as it is in top 5 worldwide..nowdays every car company is using fiat 1.3 diesel engine which is just superb, maruti and tata both r using same engine so i guess if u want the same machine thn go for grand punto..better interiors, great road grip, better safety and excellent ride quality for sure, and like i told many times here and everywhr,if u r willing to buy a car then go for the best drivers car u dont hav to think about resale..buy karne se pehle sale karne ka sochna is just foolishness and as far as my thinking diesel car market is gr8 so u will get a good resale value, no matter its tata or maruti or fiat..and if u want to buy a sedan thn just close ur eyes and buy ford ikon 1.4 which is coming wid 2yrs and 100000kms warrenty, as i am using fiesta now yrs and abt 42000kms run with no tension at all..and my partner is using ikon1.4 tdci so u need not to worry abt engine performence and ikon is one of the best vehicle of ford great road grip and safety wise perfect, i dont knw why people never concernd abt safety..road pe chalna hai thn safety prime concern hona chahiye..so thats it!!!
