Great question I must say, and every one wants a answer for.
Well, Strangely enough, it depends on you, what you expect from your car.

If you can live with cheapish kind of interiors and unreliable electronics and mechanicals , loose and vague car handling and you will be sitting in the back seat then VISTA is the way to go. Its a complete Value for Money package.
If you want a driver's car, then look no further - it will be either a Punto QJD or Maruti Ritz VDi. Dont even bother to look at Vista QJD

Hello Shodhan, I would suggest you to go for Swift or Ritz diesel instead of going to Vista or Punto. Maruti has much higher resale value than Tata or Fiat. Also Tata does not provide good after sale service and as you know Fiat also has the tie-up with tata. And the interior plastic quality in Tata is worst.
