h shiv.plz tell me why is it that cars in haryana cheaper than delhi.salesman says that if i purchase car from gurgaon then it wud b difficult to drive in delhi as delhi has mcd charges.i m new to this city.plz tell me the diff.urgent.

Hi,
Cars in Haryana may be less due to reduction in road tax. There is no such problem in driving Haryana registered car in Delhi.
