Ford Ikon TDCI is really a good car to drive but it is not suggested for commercial basis because that is a car to be taken care all the time. I would suggest Mahindra renault for taxi basis or Maruthi if no option...

It seems that you are into a fleet management profession. Ford machines would be little expensive compared to Maruti. The power would be excellent for a long run. I feel that you should consider Logan as the investment would be logical. One point of concern may be the service center's proximity.
