I have 1 Wagor R LX and 1 Wagor R LXI. I can say that they are both very good cars and trouble-free and spacious. I dont know about the pricing issues as they depend on models and place.

In my opinion both are good cars. however dont compromise on basic necessities like power steering, central locking. LXI comes with power steering. You may also check on the new cars that have been launched like Maruthi ritz, santro i10 which are also in your price range.

Hello prem option is good wagon-r will come with all basic necessities i am very happy with my car performance so cheap maintenance to and i think you shoud go for WAGON-R sorry i don't have any idea of santro and its maintenance and resale value

Hi Prem-i own a wagon R lx for the last 6.5 yrs. A very reliable vehicle - good for highway and city. One regret that i do have is not having gone in for an LXI model which comes with power steering. Good to see that you plan to opt for that one. Santro is also a good car and i have driven it a few times. Only major negative in the santro is the ride quality that rear passengers get (back seat tends to bob up and down on bad roads to often). If you are not going to have back seat passengers often, then that should not be a problem. Best is to test drive both and see what you like - santro is peppier to drive. i would not recommend that i10 as it is the same engine and lesser space overally than the santro.
