It all depends on what you want from the car would be driving. U mentioned that you need performance, Mileage and Maintenence. Your monthly drive would be around 400 kms / App 14/15 kms a day. is that all? What is your family size? would you require boot/ luggage space?? Considering all these facts in mind, go for an Accent. as it is amongst the mid sized with a boot space.. none of the other vehicles that are in your consideration set have that and are all hatchbacks. Go ahead and enjoy your drive.

for ur said budget, u get a fully loaded,Accent executive sedan, which is comparable to any midsized sedan available in india, for its style, drivequality, aircon, and comfort, with a decent average of 14km/pl, on highways.
remember sedan is a sedan, its comforts are not there in hatchbacks.

if u like sedan then u buy only ACCENT,if u like stylish n huchback car then choose i20. 1 thing if u running only 400 km in a month then u buy only petol car coz mantenance vise petrol car bater then disel car, one more thing if u see comfert side then choos sedan, its both cars r in ur bught 5-6 lacks. n both r without mantenace car.

My suggestion would be to go for Accent 'ECO' model.

for you i suggest the maruti RITZ becasue as per your usage is only 400 km in month so RITZ provide you the best milage in its class & its more than sufficient in space, comfort,interior from other then petrol version, my 2nd opinionn for you is HONDA ZAZZ if you spending 6 lac + 50-70 thousand more.( here is no need for any clarification about product of HONDA)
