The offer seems to be very good provided condition of car is good. Being used in costal region there are chanes of problems due to rusting.Please get general checkup done before finalysing the deal.

i think u have room for negotiation and i personaly dont like automatic cars, dont get that kick and feel of driving the car.. i dunno abt u bt try and get hold of mannual 1.5 City,, its a pleasure to drive ....

its very overpriced in 3lakh u can get a 2002 accord automatic for 3lakh or might be a sonata gold for 2.5 lakh the honda city automatic has problem with average cant give you more than 8kmpl and even if u r intrested in buying the automatic honda city 2003 then the buying rate would be 1.75 to 2lakh. anething over this would be bad deal

A buyer should personally review the car during day light, enquire on the owner of the car and style use, service culture etc. and the price should be based such queries but not just based on market decided resale rate.
