Hi,
In the budget range surely there are some Safari available for sale. In the used SUV segment, Safari is the hot selling car. Before finalysing the deal take a test drive check for suspension noise, unusual noise if any under the hood.Check for wornout disc pads.If possible get history ofvehicle for reference. If maintained well with service from authorised dealers/service ceters then you can have thorough estimate of condition of vehicle.

hi car is good means !! you can take it for that price and neg it :)

first think you should transfer the vehical to your name as soon as posible in 2 or 3 weees time you need to transfer your vehicle to your name !

Take the car to showroom or to your friends and chuck up how it is !
in showroom they tell you every think about the car which you ar taking it they will take the car number and they will chuck out what is the problem and every think !!
and they will charge you some 1000 rs for this :)

hey rahul,
looking at the model it seems that it is a dicor 3000cc engine. If so i would not suggest u to go for this car as i presently own a safari dicor and it is really not worth it, the car has many manufacturing defects which are in most of the cars like there is noise from the front axle centre pin,the power windows keep on troubiling due to dying motor, these problems inspite of getting repaired and parts changed still such porblems occur with these cars.

I would suggest you not to spend ur money on this car unless it it 2.2 vtt dicor coz that car is considerably better.

Hi Rahul you are buying a BULL,
Take this Safari to your nearest Tata service autohrised station and take trouble shooter staff with you for a test drive,He will tell you the complaints of that vehicle, check for major accidents and bodyline, And also check for Geniune mileage reading (whether milometer reading is tampered) and take a rough estimation of the complaint.
About the rate part, if Rahul is resident of Delhi, then bargain for better price, and if you are not resident of Delhi,I think you have to pay extra Road tax for the RTO if you are using Delhi registered Vehicle in other state for long time .
