I have sold my bike to one person and I have - 49003

I have sold my bike to one person and I have a delivery note with his signature that I am selling the bike to him and other transfer documents I signed and give him. He said he will submit it and get RC transferred. But its been three months and RC is not transferred yet. what should I do now
