With i10 Sports AT youcanexpect mileage of 10 incity and 13 in highway. Comparitively lesser than that of MT version.Maintenance will not difer much from that of regular maintenance of MT version .We cant give exact maintenace cost but with considering the lesser frequency of troubles and maintenance is quite manageble.
Overall the initial investment is the main thing to consider which seems to be quite high compared to its features.We recommend you to consider i20 Magna which is having advantage of more space and even better style.

If you are yet to purchase the car, I recommend not to buy AT version. There will always be lesser milage as compared to MT version. Its better you go with Asta MT which will give you more features @ approx same price of sportz AT(though I am not sure about the actual prices of the both its just a guess).
Maintenance of Hyundai cars is not very costly. Cost is comparable to Maruti.
As regards milage, if you are going to use it in Bangalore city i.e. crowded area, expect milage of not more than 10(that too on higher side). initially it may give only 7-8 but after 1st service, milage increases (at least I have experienced that).
One thing I as a user of i10 is assured of is that the car is wonderful and I am proud to be owner of the car. It gives me milage of more than 15. I am very satisfied.
