i recently bought renault kwid from khivraj dealer chennai. they given ex showroom price bill invoice only not for on road price i.e for insurance and Registration dept charges , tax charges etc., when asked they told they are giving only for ex showroom price only . is it so

Answer:

Yes it is OK.You will get RTO receipt separately showing the payments made and the insurance certificate bearing the insurance cost.The dealer only gives the invoice for amount he receives that is ex showroom price.
