Hi,
Aaccording to the recent survey conducted by SIAM Tata Nano gives best mileage of 23KMPL.Wwith the existing cars on road Alto will be a good choice for minimum maintenance charges and good mileage.
It has to be ALTO....
A Star will be good option
Go for A-star its the best car according to your requirment.
Or you can go for ALTO too.
Nano -23.6,Fiat500-22,Astar-19.6,Alto-18.1,Omni-16.9 .
All these figure are Km per litre of petrol as given by
Society of Indian Auto Manufacturers,as per their standards.
You may not get these figures when you drive.You will have to slowly learn to drive economically by not accelerating very much,or often braking,and accelerating etc.This is as per Standards of Indian Driving cycle,which is very cumbersome to follow.Each driver will give a different figure depending upon his driving habits.
