I have recently bought a used maruti800 model 2003. from the site, I understood that by 2010 maruti 800 is going to phase out. what is the status of owners who are bought before that. also, some metros already this model is phased out. whether we could travel that metro's with maruti 800.

Hi,
Nothing to worry for the 800 maintenance and usage on roads.Though 800 production will be discontinued, service will be available for cars on road and emission norms will be come into efect for the New cars on road from date of introduction and there will be time frame for using the cars already onroad.As for as your car is concerned , the same can be used for atleast another 7 years provided emissions are within the prescribed limit as mentioned in emission certificate.
