I am buying used tata indigo car of following - 4425

I am buying used tata indigo car of followingdetails. year:2003,model:GLS petrol,mileage:102000kms,tyres:new,battery:new, claims for accident: nil & owner: single. Car looks new and is well maintained.Somebody told me that the car engine will need overhauling with in a year of purchase due to its higher mileage i.e.102000kms.What will be fate of engine after one year? Seller is asking Rs. 140000.00 for the car.It would be worth to buy this car or not.Please help.

Mr Niraj. i think the seller's asking price is too high considering the mileage . I own an indigo GLX (2003) with mileage of 48000 km , i can sell you the car for 150000. Why do you want to go for TATA for petrol, better look out for other options.
