Hi,I plan to buy 2002 esteem but the car is hypothecated to reliance capital and seller says you pay the cash amount directly to financer and remaining to him because he is unable to pay.And after paying company will issue NOC and then transfer the vehicle. He is giving me all papers and car. IS it safe to buy?
Please help as car is a very good.

To be on safer side let the seller himself clear all dues and hand over the car to you.There are chances that you might land up in unnesessary troubles which leads to loss of time and peace of mind.
