I think the LPG kit is the reason for your problem. I had spoken to a mechanic at the Ford workshop about fitting an LPG kit in my Ford Fiesta but he straight away told me that the engine in Fiesta is a modern design and does not support LPG. So better get ur kit off the car.

Hi Singh,
Two options:
1) Please get the LPG leakage test done and dont go to the same workshop for this please. We need to find exact source of leakage and in my view it probably may be in the gasket.
2) Get the kit removed. Ford Engines are normally very efficiently designed for particular fuel and it is not advisable to temper with the same. And even if you want to get this done, you should always consult ford guys before taking any decision
