u may go for MOBILE NO 1.. ONE LTR PACK COST NEAR 850/900 AS PLACE.. IT IS 100PERCENT SYNTTHETIK OIL.IT RUNS NEAR 10000 KM WITHOUT TROUBLE MEANS 4 TIME XTRA .SO IT IS NOT COSTLY. FOR REFILLING IT FIRST TIME MY SUGGEST IS .. FIRST DRIVE 5 MINUTE TO WARM THE ENGINE. THAN DRAIN OLD OIL .. THAN OPEN CLUCH CASE WAIT AT LEAST ONE HOUR TO DOWN ALL OIL DROP BY DROP BY SHAKING BOTH SIDE. THAN CLEAN CLUCH CASE BY KEROSINE.. THAN CLEAN BY BY CLOTH OR WASTE. AND IF ANY CLUCH WORK IF NEEDED DO . CLEAN OIL FILTER ALSO OR CHANGE NEW .THAN FIT CASE WITH NEW PAKING AND FILL THE OIL . IT MAY COST LABOUR NEAR 75/100 BUT PROPER WORKMANSHIP. IF U DO AS IT U MAY GOT FOLLOWING BENEFITS 1/ LESS HEAT OF ENGINE/ 2/ VERY SMOOTH RIDING /3/ EXESS MILLAGE/4/ NO FURTHER ENGINE WORK TILL USING THIS OIL IN FUTURE. . Different experiences from different people using different brands.
First simple thing, try to understand your bike 1st. For eg, in my rtr, I use Shell power (premium) petrol due to which i get RAW Power. Engine is eased due to the high octane rating and the performance is of the charts. When i rev the engine a lot of wear n tear happens and introduces a lot of vibration from 60 kmph upwards! More over my bike behaves like a drunken steed when i use SHELL Premium petrol. The company provides a 10W30 engine oil. Its no good as its a basic engine oil. Now that i've completed 30k kms i have switched to Shell Ultra(Fully synthetic oil promising vibration control and its got ECE which gives a good response when u rev,) which is 10W50(This is because of bangalores normal temperature. Never goes down below 10*c). Before this i used castrol 4T. I like my steed to be a silent killer, n guess what? it sure didn dissapoint me. Il try the Motul next time.

I use Shell Advance AX7 on my RTR 180 . Have used it post last 3 services....No issues at all and it lasts 3k kms without any problem.

hey guyss i just want to tell you ..... if you are serious about your bike then read this - 1. If you are going to buy a new rtr then take it with out starting it .... first of all buy a mineral oil 20w40 of any reputed brand and stick to the oil and same brand till 2500 odo kilometers ..... change the oil and oil fielter and then connect the battery wire and start your beast first time 2. After completing 2500 odo kilometers upgrade to semi syntheic oil of any brand 20w40 grade and stic to the oil and brand till 10,000 odo kilometers and then upgrade to a fully synthetic oil ...... if you will follow this schedule your beast will be happy till its death ...... some might think that i am crazy but i am not...... i am a proud owner of two rtr s and also a well wisher for all my rtr friends.

sir i am having apache rtr 160 2yr completed and its odd 12500 the problem is if my bike get serviced at authorised serviced station only upto 700-800 kms the bike preformance/Pickup and milage will be good after 800 kms my bike performance and pickup,milage will be too less so plz suggest me for good performance.and which is the best engine oil can i use for my bike

Which is the best engine oil for Apache 1604v my bike run 1500 km 2nd service after feve days so that why I m confused which one oil I use synthetic - semisynthetic which brand .
