Im planing to buy a skoda octavia (diesel) which has done with 1.8l kms and as per now it is a very good condition ...will i be getting any high cost maintenance issues in future

  • A VERY BAD CHOICE AS ITS RESALE VALUE IS TOO LOW.TAT WOULD HAV BEEN T CASE FOR U TO CHOOSE IT AS WELL.SKODA IS GOOD BUT 1.8 L THEN ENGINE REBORING MIGHT BE NEEDFUL.MAINTAINING IT IS HARD.BUY IT FOR LESSS THEN 2 LAKHS AND STILL U NEED TO SPEND ANOTHER 2L.(NEVER EVER BUY UNLESS U R A SKODA FAN WITH HARD MONEY IN HAND)

  • Expert Hi Saro. If it has been well maintained it can handle many more miles, but then you need to be prepared for slightly heavy cost on maintenance given its mileage driven and diesel engine built-up.
