Question
i am from mumbai and i am shifting temporarily to delhi next week. i own a skoda octavia 2004 diesel model and the problem is i buyed it a month ago and i was actually supposed to shift in gujarat but 2 weeks ago, due to my work, i need to shift in Delhi.this was unexpected. and i heard about ngt rule. some say that it is in stay till july. i will be back from delhi in next 6 months, again to mumbai. can i keep this car in delhi for next 6 moths? or will i have to pay fines? are the vehicles scrapped over there those old ones? i dont have any other vehicle and i need to move here and there so i need a car. i am tired of hiring taxi's so i buyed it but now this happened.

Hi, the rule is being strictly implemented there and though you may skip on certain instances, there are chances that you may pay fines more often. Your Maharashtra registered vehicle is likely to be intercepted at the city's entry point itself. Suggest you hire a vehicle on rent in Delhi during your stay.
