Chassis number is available under the hood.One number plate provided near radiator and one pressed on the body shell.The exact place is to be checked.
The chassis no of i10 is embedded under the driver seat.
Just Push back the driver seat to last. Check the floor area near seat track adjuster. It includes chassis no as well as month of manufacturing code as 19th character if it.

here F means june. So you can decode the month of manufacturing. M to December and A to Jan.
For the year look at 10th character of chassis no.
D=2013
E=2014
