How is Indica Vista Aura as compared to SWift VDI,? performance, after sale service and fuel efficiency?
By Dhananjay Panchal 01 January 2009

i own an indica vista quadrajet aura.I have driven over 2000km(abt 1200 km in city and the rest on highway)and the car is giving me around 15km on an average.I bought the car at concorde motors, bangalore. The service team is very dynamic and my experience with them has been good so far.As far as the comparison with swift diesel is concerned....i would say it totally depends on your priorities...if its space, room, riding comfort, features its the vista...however there is a small problem with regard to fit, finish and the build quality of the interiors..can be tolerated to a large extent..but swift have advantages in areas like driving comfort only because of its EPS..fresh looks and the suzuki of the technical features are more or less the same.As far as looks are concerned I prefer the vista..but there are lot of people who like swift for its fresh looks....if you ask me I would advice you to go in for Indica vista as the car only bears the indica tag but has no connection to it..and its a brave step made by tata to produce something that is competitive even in the international market!!....siwft became famous mainly for two had no competitions and the maruti lable....but this might not do the company good in future.....of you look at the sales statistics off lately the swift sales are declining and the vista sales is quadrajet aura is a great package....better than swift any day provided you have no mind blocks regarding the tata brand!!
