ya absolutely right its better to change the belt as soon as possible if timing belt will break you have pay that much money because all the timing of the engine fuel injection and pistons will stuck it will effect the vehicle very badly if it brocken you have to make another engine full work and it will effect all the engine perfomance you got before so be pratical for small cars belt only cost 3000 butif it will broke it may cost 30000 thousand you can enquire in any work shop

Check with the zero's that they have offered you, 60000 for timing belt is too high.. and if its only timing belt its again high.. check it before your car stands still
