Hi, Can a NRI take a car with him while he's returning back home.? what will be the taxes? Is it advissible to bring the cars like 1996 Nissan laurel (RB 20) Engine or Mitsubishi Pajero (1996 with 4d56 Intercooler turbo engine) If somebody body can help on this?

Taxes will be alomost 200 % on the car value ( as per my info but not confirm of second hand car )
I suggest to buy a car from India that will be beneficial to you

Yes, Nishant is right. Only hotels that promot the tourism can import cars on concessional rates, others are not

no u cannot bring a old car as per new rules, only cars certified by arai are allowed in india now but only new one.
