I would suggest u to go for Alto, the best car for mileage and maintenance free. u can trust maruti and buy this even if u go for second hand, it will be the best for Chennais traffic.

it's better to prefer alto becz your useage is 50 kms for that u can prefer alto with approval gas kit like GNG or LPG becoz it is less cost when compared to petrol FOR GASS VECHILE WITH 50RS YOU CAN GO NEARLT 40 to 45KMS and when compared to petrol with 50RA WE CAN GO ONLY 10 TO 12 KMS SO it's better to prefer alto with approl gas kit (or)WAGONER both with gas kits iprefer

Ya Alto is good 4 milage& maintainance bt not for value for money. It is little costly. Indica xeta petrol is value for money. It's cheaper bt engine is not that refined. Whichever car you bye convert into cng. It will have running cost of 1-1.5 rs/km

hi, most of the people have suggested alto to you. i say don't. (unless you have an issue with the budget). my wife has a alto & is suffering with pick up issues & milage.the a/c is fantastic,but to move the car at signals, it becomes really difficult. and 50 kms a day is decent running. i suggest either the swift-D or the vista-quadra jet. gas again ,look at it this way, you are paying almost the same amount for gas as the diesel. so why compromise on the power & the milage ?
