Dear Paras,

At what speed were you driving?

Answer by Alok 01 January 2011

That is the reason these companies are a big failure in India, People trust Tatas and Maruti for after sales, They are committed to Indian market Buying prestigious vehicles from useless vendors sales support will only lead to such experiences.

Since you can buy such Vehicle I am sure you could repair also at your own cost

dear paras,

if the both companies are not giving a correct reason . you should go file a complaint i the consumer court and you can get your compensation.

Dear Mr. Paras
First of all looking at the picture posted, it seems some external object has hit and such failures are not covered by warranty. Still if you are confident that no such incident occured and tire blasted by itself, then demand from the dealer to treat this under warranty. Tires are covered under wareanty by local tire dealer of same make. But again there are many factors come into arguments like how much mileage covered with these tires, what kind of road you were driving, what was the speed and how many persons travelling at the time of incident. Anyhow such failures comes under safety related. You can demand clear justification from the dealer, if not lodge a complaint with VW.

File an complaint with Consumer Court with the help of a consumer rights association. Also post a complaint at consumercomplaints .in

There are chances the dealer may respond, or you will get the compensation with the help of consumer court.

Don't hesitate fight to get your rights.

no use going places just file a cse in the consumer court and try getting the issue highlighted by the media even if you have to to talk to some rival dealer of that dealer in that cty ,the only way is presuure otherwise no one listens.
