Hi Shiva, Can you please let us know how efficiently we can use air condition while running on CNG (company-fitted). Model is Maruti alto GREEN STD. BS IV. I am all set to purchase this model. Please let me know the risks and benefits. Expecting a good advice. You can also compare other cars in that price range for me..if you want to... Thank you very much. Zaheer

get rid of cheap suzuki cars they are unsafe! has never passed any crash test.

If your daily running is more than 40 Kms. then go for the CNG , if you want to purchase the car only for the weekend use or for the family purpose, consider only the petrol version of any Maruti car, cheap in maintenance and great in performance. I have a Wagon R for 8 years and it is mostly use in highways but we have not getting any type of problem. Go for Maruti.

With CNG mode and with AC you can get max of 10KMPL per kg of CNG. Going for the same would be convenient if the vehicle is used in NCR and region or where there are good number of CNG outlets. Performance would be good though not in par with that of single fuel versions. In overall worth going for the same.
