Few more points are resale value and maintenence.
Swift definately has better resale than indica (figo is lowest). Maintenence wise INDICA & SWIFT can be compared and Figo should be highest.
Now effectively if u travel 35 km per day which means total travel anually 12000km(calculated on 26 day/month and increased by 10%). The petrol saved yearly with indica(in comparison with Swift)is roughly 200ltrs, saving 11000/-. This would mean that if you want to sell and upgrade the car in 5 yrs time (cars can be maintenence critical post 5 yrs)u would have already saved 55000/- (petrol savings) with Indica, this would mean further checking that the indica is worthwhile as long as the resale difference (for a 5 year old swift and Indica) is within the 55000/- mark.
Am not and expert but trust the exchange of thots is useful.

Go for Indica Vista.it also have good resale value.very wel explained by Mr.Sunjay

Under the options studied , Indica vista is best bet.
Just consider Ritz LXI petrol too. May be 40 - 50 K cheaper than Swift , 30 K cheaper than Indica Vista.
Still my gut feeling would be Indica Vista.

In my suggestion, blindly go for Vista Quadrajet, its the best option as per your qurrey, infact it is a best car in its segment, with low price tag. GOOD LUCK.
