I am buying a Hyundai Elantra CRDI Diesel,2nd hand car .. They owner has claimed that he mileage is close to 18kms .. Can anyone Guide me on how to decide if this is gonna be a good Buy

Chances of getting 18KMPL is ery less. You can relay upon for 12KMPL max average. However for other parameters like engine quality,styling and performance it scores better.
