I have Opel Corsa 2003 model fitted with CNG - 13356

I have Opel Corsa 2003 model fitted with CNG kit. Fuel pump motor requires frequient replacement. What is the answer ? Can it be done that when car runs on CNG petrol system do not run ? Thanks, Gunvantlal

Hi,
The problem could be due to wear and tear with using of dual fuel. The solution is to replace the motor as and when required.

Thank you,as such there is no wear and tear,when I purchased it had done 89000 KM.I have hardly run 500 KM in six months.Only fuel pump motor is the problemb.

I had used CNG car for nearly 15 years it was caroburetter system.

I have been told that while car runs on CNG petrol system also runs,petrol come to the engine and returns to the tank since it is running on CNG.

Is it possible to have petrol system shut while running on CNG.This could help to have longer life of fuel pump motor.
