If you need everything means fully loaded and international styling go with CHEVY CRUZE top end.

It has both POWER/TORQUE, SPACE and soooth ride. Only disadvantage is chevy has poor resale value.
But CRUZE is the best when compared to ALTIS,CIVIC.

In the price range mentioned, petrol version Toyota Altis would be the best selection.Advantages are the spacious interiors and proven performance.
