Dear Shiva, I have purchased a CAPTIVA LTZ from KLN Motor Agencies (P)Ltd,Chennai,Tamilnad during 1 st week of Sept 2010. The vehicle has done around 7000 K.M. During last week I found a BULGE in one of the tyres (KUMHO HANKOOK).What is the risk factor if I drive the Car.I want to know whether the company will replace the tyres.To whom should I complain.Will U please help me in this
