If u dont want to take a risk & If ur usage is more go for Swift, Dont go on KM reading check the vehicle condition throughly, KM readings can be changed.
dont go for Indica DLS because its power is @53H.P which I think is not satisfactory once A.C. is on
One option of Indigo TDI is also good.

Go with Hyundai Accent VIVA / Tata Indigo
Swift does not offer leg room in back seats
where are you situated

go for the swift as the maintainance is low and you have mentioned that it has some extra fittings. ask him for 2.8 or 3 as the new one is around 5.4 or 6.
And if your monthly usage is below 500kms go for petrol version...

it depends on ur budget if u r taking like octavia it may cost heavier on ur pocket
from above swift luks gud if u want hatchback n in sedan u can chosse for accent viva
both cars maintenance is low n reliable cars
where u live coz m also luking for used car

i am doubtful that a diesel car and run of approx 10000kms per year.
most difficult thing is buying used diesel car.
you have to verify each and every thing of car.

first of all look from whom you are buying , prefer to buy directly from owner.
SEE SERVICE RECORD of car.
take a test drive and see whether there is any extra engine noise and any other problem.

stay away from tata , skoda.
try swift ldi

and if you can stretch your budget then go for a new swift ldi.
