since you are in small town and definately you need a small car for small roads that is less in width and length.
if you have any nearby dealer of hyundai
then
hyundai i10 would be best.
otherwise maruti brand has good choices
but the only thing is that they are bit long and wider than i10 as it may trouble you in compact roads
otherwise maruti swift or ritz would be best(depending upon your choice)
since your drivig would be of 700km per month then petrol car would be best for you

Go for petrol model since you have less running. Given your choices, U can consider Maruti Ritz - Good looks, interiors, performance.. Happy driving..

(I am not happy with my indica vista TDI brand new car.But i was using a DLS V2.It was a great car)
