Answers:

Technically, Between TBTS and C350 have no difference (Except looks and some cosmetic changes).

TBTS : comfortable and ergonomic, idle for long as well as city drive, good handling and stability, waiting period 3-4 month.

C350 : Not idle for long distance driving due to single saddle seat design, waiting period 8-10 month.
