Raghvendra, go for Toyota Corolla Altis bcoz it comes in both engines i.e., diesel & petrol and u'll find the all the things which are u want in a car of 13 lacs.
the performance and after sale service of Toyota is very good so in my opinion u should go for Toyota Corolla Altis.

Sir, I think, Honda City, Auto transmission will be a good choice. Auto because you need not worry for gear change and in the west, most of the cars belong to these categories.Other features mentioned by you are available in this car. But it's look is very attractive though spare parts are costly and service stations are not as much as that of Maruti.But definately the car is very good one.
