Yes the old Zen model had problem with gear shift and vibration on rear glass, now with K-series and new gear box resolves the old problem.

19km/l is under ARAI standard test mileage, they actually differ in practical city traffic. If you are a good driver then you should get 13-14km/l in the city traffic.

Maruti cars are good and give great milege, less maintenance, service/network is very good so worth for purchase, drawback is not great pick-up, interiors not good, front & rear seats are so crampy, but in India maruti is the market leader as it is targeted by middle class. Regarding Estilo it is backed by modern k-series engine and better gear shift, earlier version was having this problem but maruti tried its best to comeout of this problem, but still not fully out of it, any car companies gives standard milege but it purely depends on our driving styles, traffic conditions, ac etc., as u already purchased dont worry it is good car.

As i feel while it is running less than 10 kph it is difficult to pickup in gear 2 and also even a small high road cannot be passed even in gear 1 (lowest gear) even without ac
