I am widow of NK/CLK. who served in Indian army for threen yrs and died during service. Am i eligible to buy a car from CSD Canteen.

Please advise me as I am going to buy a second hand car from Rajasthan and I need to transferr the paper to Ghaziabad so I want to know what is the procedure of transferring one state to another (from rajasthan to ghaziabad) and how much it costs me as i will be second owner of car.

It is possible to get car through CSD canteen provided you have valid CSD authorisation.
