Its better to go for INDICA VISTA.

The Vista suits your budget. If you are looking to use it for 10 kms per day only, you can opt for the Top end petrol. Or you can also get the Quadrajet.

its better you go into a petrol car as you drive only 10km a day.. it would be nice if you are prepaired to wait and catch your new swift which is getting on to the roads in the early stages of 2011 or even by the end of 2010.. maruti's car has always got a good resale value in the second hand market, the k series engine deliveries a good milege and the maintance of the car would fit your pocket ... next is the nissan micra is a good option if you really don't mind on the car's sad looks..

Go for Ford Figo.Its a very good car with very useful features at VFM price.Ride quality and interior space and comfort,boot space, excellent when compared to other hatches.I own a Ford Figo and I am very happy with it..
