main reasons of customer dissatisfaction at post sale of honda cars

Honda cars of high quality and a hence performance.However,dissatisfaction could be of waiting period in booking for service and taking delivery after service.

I own a Honda City 1999 model which has done about 98,000 kms. Being an experienced Honda car owner, I can say that Honda cars mean top quality as far as car performance, lileage, power, comfort etc is concerned. Absolutely no issues with the car.However, spare parts are priced on higher side and that contributes to dissatisfaction for the owner. Also, few dealers try to take the customer for a ride (especially in case of accidents) and that also affects the image. Also as stated by Shiv Shankar - delivery afetr servicing is always delayed for most of the dealers.

Honda hasnt changed a bit after buying the overpriced vehicle people are dissaisfied with
1. overpriced spareparts, cost for repairs
2. poor fuel economy(HondaCity) eventhough they say 16.5 on highway u never get near that even without AC and 13 on city raods is a dream

Though agree on high cost of spares & repairs, I DISAGREE with Ajithkumar on the fuel economy part. My Honda city (old model) even today give about 14.5 km/litre (with A/C) in Delhi NCR traffic. This is despite the well known traffic jams/congestion in Delhi, Noida and Gurgaon.

I'm fully dissatify with the delivery of honda image . Dealer pearl honda gurgaon promise me to deliver the vehicale with in one and half month froom the date of booking 13april
