You did'nt mentioned which version it is any way if it's DLE it's on a very higher side,if DLS it,s ok and if DLX you should run for it

If the version is Diesel one; than run for it but if that is pertrol than the price should range from 135000-145000 not more than that.

If I were you, I would avoid buying a second hand tata Indica whatever the price. 1. Not a good quality 2. Bad resale value.

After a long survey, I found buying a used Tata indica is never a good deal. Even I was looking for one but dropped the plan after analising the technical difficulties seen in many cars.
