hello sir,, actually i buy new car hyundai verna,, 3 months back,,, at the time of purchase ,, there is some problem in audio remote control,, at that time ,, showroom dealer said,, we will provide you new remote within 10 days,, bt still i didn't get that... plz tell me what will i do... thankx

Please call the branch manager immediately , if he dont respond fast, mail to deler MD and copy to Regional office of Hyundai.
