Cars Q&A

I would like to know about the performances of Tata Manza petrol cars in 'rough roads',whether this car will be able to withstand the daily rigours of driving through a kind of 'non existent roads(more potholes than the the tarred surface!)50kms daily, 300days a year.

Expert`s comment:

For the regular usage inthe kind of road mentioned, it will be worth going for Tata Sumo Victa or Mahindra Bolero than Manza.

the kind of roads you have mentioned is not suitable for cars and you need to drive an suv or muv for that purpose .the best suited vehicle for such roads would be bolero. or the gypsy if u insist on petrol.

All Tata Vehicles are worth to use for a period of 3 years, u use any how, all vehicles will work fentastic for 3 years but further those will become scrap. No matter if it's petrol or diesel. after 3 years the maintenance cost of the Tata vehicles will touch the sky.

Live example: my Aunt's husband is high cort Judge & they took Indica V2 petrol as their use was minimum. Today after 3 years & that too after using it very rarely, car is giving more trouble & maintenance has reached to it's peak.

So think once again b4 purchasing tata vehicles..

Buy Tavera ,you will get a car and MUV at a time with nice mileage.Bolero and Tavera is better than Sumo in rough roads.

Hi there I have a tata petrol Indigo GLX and have had this for over fsix yeras or so . I stay some 40 KM away from Bangalore . We have country roads there full of pot holes and no roads some times . I have been doing some 140 Kms every day four days a week and have had no pbm with my car either. Now I am in Pune since last five months with the same car. Pv
