I also had similar issues.My viper doesnot look new.The glass door handle has come off on the first day itself.ABT madurai doesnot employed quality guys.First i thought of booking a DLS V2 only.But the ABT sales guy miguided me telling both vista and DLS v2 has same engine.Actually TDI engine does not give good milege.It gives only 12-13 KMPL in city.Whereas V2 gives 18 KMPL in city.Moreover the sales team is not professional when comapring to concord chennai.We did a mistake.ARASPVPV, Madurai may be better than ABT. who knows? VISTA TDI itself is a bad choice man.

Other problems are corrected by ABT personsl. but viper blade holding metal part has rust is not yet replaced. I am asked that they have ordered it. But till now, no response. BY the mean time, their customer education as you said is not upto the expectation, espicially the quality i expected from Brand Name ABT. Still i feel, they can do well with customers. I have already communicated it as feedback to ther service followups. Also as you said, the milage is not upto the said level. I have only opted Vista, but it is average upto 14 KM/Liter in city. Don't know about how will it improve after few services. I heared from my friends that after few thousand km, the millage will get increase. I am driving with AC. Without AC, the city millage may be 15-16. Please share you thoughts. Thanks for your response.
