Answers:

First one refered has more engine power and less torque (I guess it should be Ford Fiesta Petrol Engine)

Second one refers has got less power and more Torque (I guess it should be Linea/Punto/Manza Diesel Engine)

In general petrol engines are have More BHP and less Torque, the Speed/Rpm is greater and they are little slugish on lower RPM's

In general Diesel engines are have Less BHP and More Torque, the Speed/Rpm is Lesser and they are NOT slugish on lower RPM's. Diesel Torqe engines can perform better at slow moving traffics and in claiming in slopes/Hills.

Hi,
Performance of Engine is best with higher power at lower rpm . Hence 1.3 Liter engine with 93 BHP is better. However for judging overall performance of vehicle the overall weight of vehicle is also to be considered which matters a lot in utilisation of power.
