Hi, By looking at a car or any other component, how to know the fuel type (i.e. whether the particular car is a Petrol or Diesel variant)? Niranjan

Hi,
For making sure about type of fuel used. Open the bonnet and check if it has spark plug connection or not.If spark plug is connected to distributor through cables then it is petrol car .If only fuel lines are connected to injectors then it is diesel car.
