With scooters you can't expect mileage more than 45KMPL. Cosidering overall factors Suzuki Access would be a good selection.

before buying the scooter, why should u think of resale. would u compromise on quality for the sake of resale. go for good scooter. as suggested by shiva and gautam, go suzuki access 125. i won this and am a happy customer.
