Hello Mr.Rathod,

As rightly said by Shroff now Honesty is atmost issue as India is concerned which every car dealer lacks, becos at the time booking a Car dealer assures something either some discount & some guddies but alas at the time of delivery simply forget the same by telling falsely that either scheme is over or stocks are over, which customer feels cheated. Recently one of customer given his feelings in this very own blog about this. So be straight forward tell the schems/discounts/free gifts correctly and deliver the same and automatically you will become good dealer at short time. All the best.

Give the right info to customer.
choose the marketing staff very carefully.
Give the best service to customer and also deliveries in time.

Sewell Cadillac Village was probably the pioneer of good management practices in auto dealership. Robert Sewell, (presume name correct) has written a book on how they evolved, giving the most valuable tips. Sewell also run management courses, publishes material for auto dealers. Their's should be almost the 'last word' and serve as an exhaustive guide, rather than looking for piecemeal advices from here and there.Regards.

The only quality a new person in any bussiness needs is enough profit to survive ,so buy at the least sell at the highest, without cheating ,if u make good money u will survive then only you can service your customers and give and maintain honesty and integrity .first survival in the competitive market is most essential and for that you need profits not capital.

there r main tips for used vehicles busness
1.. time management in our busness time every thing to be happen in time shedule like shop opening ,closing , bank work , insurance getting ,transsefer of name for customers may be happen whithin promised time..
2.. must sale of correct record vehicle ..
3.. manage ment of delivery notes with photo address proof, what docu,given which must to take xerox with back side customer sign and make a seprate small file with title of vehicle no make model . it will very useful whenever dispute comes..
4.. price may be fixed and must be fair
5.. speak very slowly with smile , if shop keper speak slowly than customer also speak in low voice .leasen more talk less it will help to avoid argument . dont listen about another dealer.
6.. tell correct condition it is good better . or having some repairs .
7.. allow to check customer=s mechanick ..
8.. if any customer dislike ur stock than note their contact no ,i will try to give as ur choice vehicle .. if any seller come to sell try ur best to finish the deal if not than note full detailof address,vehicle photo in cel. if any one comes for such vehicle than u may deal //

For Being a successful good dealer few of the tips include
1. Maintain good infrastructure
2.Take care of the Human resource ie employees regarding payment of salary on fixed date ,incentives,etc
3.Encourage employees to stay for long duration .As experience increases their contribution also increases considerbly
4.It is always needed to make employee relaise importance of each one.Though the role played is different each one is important for development of a company.
5.Provide regular training for both service and sales people to update regarding new techniques in sales or service and also about new models introduced.
6.Give limited and good number of chances for employees to overcome their defects for better performance .
7. By taking care of employee intrest and company inrastructure you are directly motivating them to performe best and hence nobody can stop you from being successful dealer.
