hi I am planning to bring my bike in pune which is registered in UP.So what are the documents required to get noc and from where I can arrange the same.

You can get the transfer with original documents of RC Book,Insurance,Emission certificate.

TAKE NOC FROM RTO WHERE BIKE ALREADY REGISTERD IN U.P.
THEY WILL GIVE U UR RC BOOK ( WITH NOC ENTRY )),INSURANCE + FORM 28 2FORM ..
THAN GO PUNE RTO WITH ALL THESE AND UR PHOTO 3.ADDRESS PROOF .WITH BIKE AND APPLY FOR RE_REGN..
TOTAL COST MAY BE 6000/

it is best advised to dispose the bike here itself and go for the another bike over there since getting noc and re-registering at other place will attract more expense and the market value will fall disastrously may be you will not find any buyer since the vehicles with state changed and new number can hardly find any buyer
