I found a Palio S10 3rd owned delihi registered vechicle run 63ooo Km. At present the car is in Chennai and the owner will obtain NOC. Suggest whether i can buy this vechicle at Rs.1.3 Lakhs, as the owner demands 1.5Lakhs. The vechice is maintained well. regards RS Santthosh
